4dpo and lower back pain
lower back pain has always been a first trimester pregnancy symptom for me. But having it at 4dpo feels like a cruel joke. I know it's way too early, but my crazy ttc mind is all like 'it's twins! 😂😂😂 There's no way I could have ovulated a early because we only had sex once this cycle... unless hubby's sperm can time travel. Oh, the joys of the 2ww.
