Ladies when do you consider or is the official end to a period? when the flow stops or the spotting stops and you see no absolute blood anymore?

You're period starts when you need more than a pantyliner to protect your clothing. It ends when you no longer HAVE to use a pad or tampon.

I also have always wondered how other women's periods are..... like clots and amount cuz how do I know what's normal and not normal. I mean I don't typically talk that much detail about it
