Dogs and boiled chicken?

I boiled some boneless skinless chicken breast, but I boiled it with a small onion. Will it hurt my dog if I give her some leftovers? Shes about 62 pounds.

Dogs cannot eat onions. It can kill them

It depends on the size of your dog and how much onion is in the dish. Honestly, if you just give the dog chicken even though it was cooked with onion, the dog will be fine. I've been giving my dogs scraps for years, lots of things that were cooked with onions, and they've never had any problems. Don't give your dog actual onion, but things that have been cooked with it are fine. Wouldn't do powder, though.
