Anemic??

Question

Any moms out there find out their anemic? Went to get my results for my diabetes test! Found out I passed but they found my iron to be very low and I'm anemic. I've never been before.

Yup! Same thing happened to me. They just put me on supplements. It's very common and not a huge deal at all! They say it can cause low birth weight, but my baby is measuring 2 weeks ahead and all else is well. Good luck!

I have had 6 iron infusions so far, same issue

I was with my first and had to take an iron supplement. Just got my results back today for glucose and iron for this pregnancy and my iron is low again but just barely. I'm going to try to up my diet with iron fortified foods and see if that helps.
