Has anyone had Mirena fall out and not know? Or even fall out and you knew?

Has anyone? I seen a post that someone didn't know it fell out! I have it in so just wondering. A little nervous now haha. I do check the strings every month....

I have the mirena and I don't feel the strings? I'm not even sure if I ever did? I remember my OB saying she was cutting them super short though.

My mirena dislodged unbeknownst to my knowledge... I found out and pulled if the rest of the way out but my AF was 17 days late... Had me freaking out!

Not Mirena, but I was on Nuva Ring and it fell out and I didn't know. Didn't get pregnant but still!
