how to take breastmilk on outing?

if I go out how do I store and feed a bottle of breastmilk if I'm gone let's say 4 hours? do I take bottle from fridge and just store in insulated portion of diaper bag? do I put it with ice packs? when it's time to feed how do I warm it? do I warm it..? or should I just take it out and let it get room temp if it's on ice packs? ugh I'm so confused

If I brought breast milk out I had a thermas to keep it cool and another with hot water to heat it when needed

I'll take a bottle and put it in the insulated portion depending on how long before babe will be hungry again determines if I put an ice pack in. Also my baby will drink it semi cold so I don't worry about warming it much but they have car bottle warmers or just take it out an hour to 30 mins before and let it warm naturally or hold the bottle between your hands or in your bra lol to help slowly warm it.

I pack however many bottles I think I will need with an ice pack in a small cooler bag. you can find them made for bottles at most baby stores, mine came with my diaper backpack. As long as it stays cool you should be good I was out 8 hours today and it was fine.

I store mine in an insulated bag with an ice pack. We don't heat it. I live in a hot country, and my daughter is pretty happy with cold breast milk, especially when it's 30C! There's no reason to warm it up, unless your child dislikes it cold. 
I know there's people here saying you can just breastfeed in public; and that's great, do that if you can, but if I was to try to breastfeed in public, here in India, I would get a lot of unwanted attention, along with getting told to leave a lot of places, due to grown men being unable to cope with a partially exposed boob feeding a baby in public (i know, I know; they're completely capable of NOT LOOKING, but that would NEVER occur to a man here...) 
It's also totally fine if you do not feel comfortable breast feeding in public. I don't. I struggle to do it around friends, but that's just me.

I exclusively pump because my daughter has a cleft palate. I use a bag called "pack it" which is insulated and freezes itself. I just keep it in the freezer when we're home and load it up when we go out. It keeps the milk cold for hours and it's not bulky. It's seriously been my lifesaver!

My baby will drink cold milk because that's what she's used to but you can take the milk out 30 mins before your baby is ready to eat, ask for a mug of hot water and pop the bottle in it to warm it up, or warm the bottle by tucking it in your bra.

Honestly if I could breastfeed I would! It seems like so much less work.

You can get an insulated bag with ice packs but it has to be fresh milk. You can get a travel warmer or ask for a mug with hot water or run it under warm water. Some babies would even drink it cold or room temperature.

If I know she's going to be drinking it really soon then I don't use an ice pack but typically I do. She is okay with drinking it not warm but you can ask for a cup of warm water to heat it in or pack a thermos of warm water to use.
