Is it normal in early pregnancy?
Hello I'm 6 weeks pregnant I'm having stomach cramps and pain also pain in both sides. also tenderness when touching anywhere in stomach or sides I didnt experience any bleeding. also i dont feel like eating anything most of the time. Is it normal or it might be something serious?
