Twin carrier or two singles?

Hey twin mamas! I'm torn between the twin carrier (that CAN be separated into two separate ones) or just getting two distinct carriers. Any suggestions or favorites?

I went with a wrap which I was able to put both babies in (2 weeks old); however, once they get bigger I'll need to buy something different.

I went with two separate carriers for a couple reasons. But really by the time the babies are old/strong enough to go in the double, they are heavy. I was afraid it would be awkward and heavy to put both babies on me and try to do things. If I have both babies out and about they're in a stroller  When they were pretty small I was able to put both in a sling style wrap (moby). When we go out as a family, my husband and I each put one in a pack. Hope this helps.

I love the twingo, but will do separate carriers for when they are infants. I prefer wraps and my husband prefers an ergo.

I'm asking myself the same but I think I will get two distinct carriers. I guess it's depend on when you go outside who can help you push it. If you go out alone may be the double is better
