I don't know if anyone else has seen the news, but there was a group of teens near a retention pond who watched a disabled man wander into the water and then video taped and mocked him while he drowned. They yelled things like "get out the water, you gonna die" and "ain't nobody fixing to help you, you dumb". No one called for help or even attempted to save this man. After he stopped moving, they laughed and said "oh, he just died".... they posted this video online and it took authorities 3 days to find his body.
