STOP NEXPLANON BLEEDING

Okay so I had just finished a two week period this past Sunday. I noticed I started having spotting today, Friday. Please someone tell me how to stop bleeding in general. I think it's annoying esp when I do want to have sex, I cannot do so with the blood. Please please help. Any natural remedies ??
