How can 44 percent say she should be in jail without substantial evidence???? This is extremely scary!!!! Just because the victim's family and the country of Italy want someone else to be guilty doesn't mean that Rudy didn't rape and kill her alone, his DNA was all over Meredith Kercher!

The Italian court system is a joke. It's a pantomime.  There is no egidence whatsoever and the circumstances are way too far fetched. Plus the fact that the 3rd guy had a history of similar crimes

Even if you somehow ridiculously think she is guilty, the Italian police abused and violated Amanda Knox. Is this how they treat foreigners?

This is a case that has had me turn both ways multiple times. I honestly don't even know what to think. It's really hard to know and give a better opinion. We are not in that court room. Hell, it would be better if we could be in the crime lab. But, we have to go based off of what a person says and hope they aren't lying.
