My 10 month old cries over everything!

How can i change this!? He will be 11 months old in 5 days and he literally just cries all day over nothing... hes full, hes been changed, and hes not sleepy. Hes not sick or hurting. He cries when i take something, if he doesnt want to be in his play pen, carseat, bouncer, stroller. Cries when i dont let him on the floor cries when i leave the room, put him down. the only time hes not crying is when hes eating and im holding him or he has something he wants. gosh he just cries all day long..... yes i do understand he's a baby and babys cry but gosh he really cries alot lol!!! What should i do? Is there a way to change this?
