Do these look okay? *nipple piercings*

I got my piercings about a week ago. I wore a bra for the first time yesterday, it was a sports bra and I think it might have been too tight and maybe I tore my fistulas? I'm not sure, do they look okay? 
Yesterday when I took my bra off the left was pretty crusty and all around it was red, the right wasn't so bad but my left boob is a lot bigger than my right! 
They both look better this morning, I think.

Wrong bar and size for new nipple piercing  could cause rejection. You need to go to a different piercer asap and get them switched out.

Please go to a different piercer and get those rings changed to bars. Rings are fine for healed nipple piercings, NOT healing nipple piercings. There are very few piercings that heal better with anything else but a stud or bar. Please get them changed out, a ring is also more likely to catch.

I can't believe they gave you those. Bars are the best option for jewelry for new piercings because the ones you have pull on the healing area.

Update in case anyone comes across this later and wonders! 
I went to my normal shop. They stretched them from a 16 to a 14 and put barbells in them! Healed perfectly now and my favorite things ever! Healed in about 5 months from the time they were stretched! picture from when it was stretched
