so , my boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 years , since march of 2015 . he's had his citizen ship crap since he was I believe 5 . but because of recent happenings with his father being deported and going to prison (for life ) his citizen ship was taken away and he has to go back to Colombia by the end of this year . Now his lawyer has said that there is a way to stay here in Cali. but the process takes several months , I believe he said it was 7-8 months to only start it . he's constantly looking for a job , right now he's working under the table and barley making anything. everywhere he's applying won't even accept his applications because he can't get a drivers license, I know that he can apply for one but because of his situation they're turning him down and his lawyer is saying there is nothing he can do . And its putting so much stress onto me because he has this medication he has to take , like honestly without it he seizures and passes out and has nose bleeds like every 3-4 hours . So now I'm paying for it because I refuse to let him go without and now ( its almost 600$ included with taxes )I'm behind on car payments and my parents are not willing to help what so ever . And I'm just looking for any kind of advice to helpour situation . and him going back to Colombia is really not an option , his family out there wont take him in and they dont offer tge medication out there so for me I'm trying everything to get him to stay, and really because were underage no lawyers are willing to speak to us, the lawyer he talks to isn't even mastered in immigration services so yea
