elevated levels of fluid

so i went in for an ultra sound today orginally to see if my placenta has moved since it positioned wierd right now. Anyways at my ultra sound today everything is ok with baby but now they told me I have elevated amounts of fluid. They said it wasnt anything to be concerned about but I have to go in again in 4wks. What does this mean and has anyone else experienced this?
