please someone help? alone and freaking out

I had spotting today, cd 10. I read a random comment on here about someone being pregnant in the same situation so i decided to test and they are all positive as far as i can tell. ive veen drinking alot of liquid rhis afternoon and tonight, so im quite diluted, but i can see lines on all of them. plus i had my period! and i havent had sex since. my period was slightly lighter than usual and slightly shorter with less cramps but still a period. can i be pregnant? help! Im all alone tonight and dont evrn know if this is something i should tell my partner about.
