Had sex the second to last day of ovulation (July 6th) was suppose to have my period (july 20th) Im 2 days late.

I'm being taking naps every day for the past week. When I wake up in the morning my head is warmer than usual. My boobs have been sore since July 20th when I was suppose to start. I've been having cravings for ice cream. Now since last night I've been having cramps but nothing else is happening. Am I pregnant?
