Do you think it makes sense for states to do like NY and Europe is doing and have paid leave?

-.126% of your weekly pay goes into this

- it is for private and public employees

- You can use it for maternity and to take care of your family (I believe I described that correctly)

- it will be phased in from 2018 to 2021 so employees can take an entire year off if they need be

- employers do NOT pay for this

Please explain your rationale and thoughts on this. Thanks.
