Larger breasts and positions

My nipples are tender and slightly scabbed. I've been doing a saline soak, expressed milk and coconut oil after every feeding but she is iffy on the coconut oil.

Being a 36D pre-pregnancy, I don't even know how big they are now but it's hard to get a deep latch in the middle of the night so this position and the football hold gets me through those sore feedings. Luckily, she's miss independent and likes to latch on her own.
