Have I finally found the magic combo?
So I have been battling morning sickness since 6 weeks (9+2 today). My nausea typically came in the late afternoon and evening. When I first went into the dr at 6.5 weeks she suggested taking half a unisom at night which made a world of difference until week 8. I went in this past Thursday and she suggested peanut butter in the afternoon to kill the afternoon and evening nausea. I have to say between the unisom, seabands, small meals every 2 hrs, peanut butter and ginger ale I have finally knocked this out.
Ps I have been eating Activia everyday and it has done wonders for my constipation. Hoping I'm on my way back down the hill now 😃
