It's a wing worm .... it starts off as a bite then it turns out like that

It looks like a small patch of eczema. My son used to get them when he was little.

this may sound weird but my son gets that way when he gets bit by mosquitoes and if u rub skimmers or Vicks on it that really helps it did for my little boy he is two

ringworm I had it use a lot of hydrocortisone cream and keep stuff washed

go to doctor immediately. no matter what. first bug bite could be really bad for health

Put some antifungal medication on it. My husband is a wrestler and sees this often.
