Hi there everyone. This is my first time posting so bare with me. I've been on nexplanon implant for just under three years. Next month makes it three years. I am also overweight. So I noticed tonight that my cervix is really low and kinda... pointy? Well, it's usually fairly low. But it's really low. I think my last period ended on the 16th. I'm having some mild cramping. And some acne. Im really starting to worry that I'm pregnant. I've been having sex with my fiancé pretty regularly without a condom. Any help would be appreciated!!! ❤️❤️❤️
