Ovulation pain?

Question

For the past 2 days I've been gettin horrendous cramping in lower right hand side. Done a opk and it was a darker line to the one the day before so I'm assuming I'm ovulating but the pain is really sore to the extent in finding it sore to move around. Has anyone else experienced this before?

I've never noticed the pain as bad before but just had to take strong painkillers for it. Dunno if it is anything to do with having the internal scan at fertility clinic that day :/

I've only had very mild mittelschmerz. Call your doc if pain persists.

I did. Few times. Once I even went to the emergency room thinking my appendix is about to explode. It passed after a day or so.
