Is this normal or bad?

okay so i ended my period about three days ago, and towards the end of my period I wasnt spotting as much, but the day after my period I had unprotected sex and got swollen on my lips the three times I slept with this guy. I slept with him those three times the last two days, and now when I pee theres light bleeding and it doesn't look like period blood. I'm just wondering is this something I should worry about
