Hospital dilemma...

Just Me • Have a 4 year old daughter and a Newborn GLOW baby girl born 22/04/15..so in love 💕
Okay so I live in Oldham, Manchester. There are a few hosptials local to me (2 that are a 10-15 min drive and the othe 3 are about 30-45 min drive). The closest to me is the royal oldham hospital and this is the one I had my 4 year old at and where ive been receiving my current maternity care. I am high risk and under consultant care because I have gestational diabetes and insulin and tablet dependant with it also at risk for pre eclampsia.
Wel im 35+ weeks and I've just read yet another story in the newspaper about this hosptial being in trouble for another baby death during delivery. This is about the 5th I have heard about in the last 3-4 years, that's not including "mistakes" made that didn't make the press. My husbands best mate lost his newborn son there 3 years ago due to a "mishap" during birth.
It's all been modernised and new built (billions spent ) but that doesn't mean the care will be better. I mean one of my consultants let me read my notes on my daughters birth and they missed out the fact I had hemoraged, needed an IV for fluids and blood which I think is somthing that should not be missed out on notes.
Anywayyyy my Q is would you still go to this hospital or swap? I mean if I was low risk it would be simple to swap but with being high risk and needing to be induced in the next 2-3 weeks im not sure what to do.
