definitely not pregnant? plz help

I had sex on the 25th of June then took plan b on the 27th of June and had bleeding on the fifth of July I took a pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex and was negative then I took one yesterday which is 4 weeks after sex am I definitely not pregnant? My period is due this week according to 3 different apps also my last natural period was on the 19th of June
