Ear piercing help

I got my cartilage done at a reputable and safe tattoo place by a professional with a needle a week ago and yesterday it felt itchy at first and then started to swell throughout the day. Last night it got more uncomfortable so I put ice on it in hopes of making it less swollen but it didn't work. I woke up today and I felt pain right under my ear on my neck. It was stiff and sore and painful. I'm thinking my lymph nodes are swollen because there are two hard bumps where it hurts and my ear is still swollen. I know I'm not supposed to take the piercing out incase it's infected since it can close and trap the infection inside. Also, the only thing I use on it is 9% saline wound wash recommended by my piercer. I've been cleaning it twice every day so I don't know what's going on. It could just be my body reacting to the foreign object but if anyone knows what to do or if this has happened to them please let me know!!

Update: my mom made me go to urgent care and they put me on an antibacterial medicine as well as a topical cream that I have to use for 5 days. Hopefully it'll go away but for right now it's still pretty painful will update again soon! Thank you to everyone who commented
