I'm 15 weeks with twins. The babies were measuring fine with great heartbeats at 12 weeks. This morning around 430 I woke up with period like cramps which doesn't concern me too much bc I know a lot of that is stretching for these babies. But what did concern me is I felt like my uterus was tightening. It felt like that when I had a miscarriage back in November. (I was 8 weeks) There's no bleeding like I had then or spotting. It's just concerning and I wondered if anyone had a similar experience. Would contractions this early really hurt?? Would that be how I would know to call the doctor? Of course it's the weekend and I was trying to wait until I can call the office in the morning. But I dont want to get past the point of no return. Surely if this was early labor/miscarriage, I would have bloody discharge bc my cervix was thinning, right?
