Cold sore ?? on tounge

Any remedies ??? Here's a pic of where it is at ( not my pic ) but this is exactly where it is . Its kind of hard to get a pic of it myself .. lol , its my first time getting one and it's so hard to eat with it. It burns so bad , any advice will help. Thanks.

It's a canker sore. I've gotten them a million times...and they suck! If you can handle it, put a little bit of salt directly on the sore and leave it there for a few seconds. It's going to hurt like hell, but it'll help it clear up so much faster. After doing that once, swishing warm salt water in your mouth a couple of times a day will help it even more. If you can't handle putting the salt directly on it, just do the salt water swish.

It's a canker sore probably, not a cold sore. Usually rinsing my mouth with hydrogen peroxide helps, tastes nasty though.

Do you have tums? If so put one directly on the sore. Keep it on until it dissolves. Should go away soon
