Months after birth control removed..

My mother put me on birth control right when I got my period age 12. Ive used the pill, the shot and had the myrena. I am now 26 And my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since august 2014 when i took out the myrena, and still nothing. Ive read that its normal to take a while, im just curious if anyone has had a similar experience? -- jv
