stupid mil comment

I had a d&c; 12 days ago at 10 weeks along. I still don't know what happened because I'm still waiting on test results. but my mil had the audacity to tell me I should have been on birth control and the day I had my d&c; she told me I better get birth control before I leave the surgical center. that completely boiled my blood. My husband and I were trying for baby #2 and we knew it would be a rough journey because I wasn't supposed to be able to get pregnant in the first place and have had 3 miscarriages now. but her comment really infuriated me. anyone else experience this?
