Anxiety day of period
So something weird happened last month and this month which I find ironic, I had THE WORST panic attack last month and started my period 20 minutes after and this month I had another panic attack just as bad and then started my period right then and there.. I'm actually nervous something else is wrong with me?
Anyone else had this or has this happen to them?
