Missed Period and lots of CM

Ladies,

This is my first month off of birth control. I decided to stop taking it because I felt an increase in depression. I had unprotected sex a month ago and I had missed a few pills. After about a month, I noticed very clear and sticky CM mixed with some spots of brown blood. I figured I was about to start my period, but it never came. I am now three days late and I have had a lot of CM. I'm very confused and not sure if this is a side effect of coming off the pill or a sign of pregnancy. Have any of you experienced this before?

PS. I do have PCOS and my periods have been irregular before and I know that I will have trouble conceiving per doctors words and am currently not TTC.
