Formula or cow milk alternative?
Just interested in opinions/experience: bub is breastfed on demand along with plenty of solids and I slowly want to start introducing drink other than breastmilk but she appears to be very sensitive to straight up cows milk. (She has had formula top ups in the past with cow milk protein so no idea what the issue with regular milk is)
I'm tossing up between either giving her toddler formula or a dairy alternative like almond or oat milk. Personally I believe formula might be more nutritious but my partner has a thing against it and I promised I'd research what would be best for her 😄
