Running to Food
I've had a lot of problems and stresses over the past few months and I've also gained a lot of weight because I'm not sure how to deal with any of it, so I turn to food. Things like my parents divorce(huge factor), my mom moving away, workplace bullies, my own anxieties and insecurities, and I also recently moved in with my dad so I don't have any friends plus I'm also kind of taking care of myself because I'm 20 and in college so I'm starting to become a lot more independent. I hate running to food when I feel bad or have a problem because it's unhealthy and it won't solve anything. Food is fuel, not a therapist. I used to exercise all the time to clear my head and be really passionate about fitness, but I don't have the time or energy to do it anymore. What can I do? I've gained 15 lbs. in 2 months!
