Pregnant or late/missed.???? Help me

So I was supposed to get my period the 5th of July and it is now the 24th of July and no period , but I have taken 4 test , 2 test one week after missed period and 2 test two weeks after missed period and they all say I'm not pregnant.! Could someone help or explain what's going on.?!?!?!
