Am I way too worried?

So my doctor prescribed me a stronger dosage that is supposed to eliminate the second period and I started taking that about two and a half weeks ago at the same time every day. I had one period right before I started taking it and my "second" period was due nine days ago. My boyfriend and I have had sex four times since my last period either with a condom and he pulled out or no condom and he pulled out and I swallowed.

Is there any chance I could be pregnant or am I being waaaay too paranoid? I know that is a lot of information but I just need some advice, thanks!
