Moms: how long did you wait after giving vaginal birth to have sex?

I know they say to wait 6 weeks, but what did you really wait, longer or shorter?

My instructors in graduate school always said the "six week rule" is given to women in case they truly don't feel like it. A get out of play card if you will.  But if you feel frisky, you don't have to wait the six weeks.

I waited about 3 or 4 weeks..we went very slow and he didn't go all the way in. Like really deep. But he doesn't usually do that when we have sex anyway cause it hurts me a bit. But at about 8 weeks after he went deep and it fucking killed (accident lol) I actually shrieked and scared the shit out of him. So just whenever you do go slow and use a lot of lube.
