HELP BLOCKED TOILET

Yo I'm house sitting for my boyfriends neighbours and I put too much toilet roll down the toilet when I went for a dump and its blocked 😳 everytime I try flush it all that happens is it fills with water and the tissues wedged down , I don't have a plunger and I'm too embarrassed to tell my boyfriend lmao I need help ASAP how to fix this
