Best Position in Sleeping
Well my I normally sleep sideways and when I got my period for the first time I thought I had to sleep flat so the blood won't leak...
But I thought wrong the best way to sleep is sideways and it actually won't leak as much as usual when i sleep right up so I'm glad that the best position for sleeping with you period is my normal sleep position
