healthy dinner sides?

So I usually have vegetables and meat for dinner but I'm looking for a 3rd thing to add to my plate to keep me fuller. May I add I am trying to lose weight! I know potatoes, and rice are a big no no but I'm looking for something similar and low in calories being around 100-150 calories. is there a healthy low calorie cous cous or brown or different type of rice? or how healthy is quinoa? and what is it? lol
