Chemical Pregnancy after Miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage Jan 29 at 12 weeks. This month had a positive pregnancy test for 6 days and on the 6th day the test started to get lighter. Today's test was negative. I've been a little crampy but no bleeding. Anyone else had this happen? What's your experience? How do you get through another loss?
