bleeding after sex?

Hi guys..

So basically I had sex 2 days ago, I haven't had sex for about 10 months.

The sex was quite long and abit rough, it didn't hurt though, the day after when I went the toilet there was light blood on the tissue, then later that day it was bright red like I've just opened a wound or something, I'm still getting it lightly when I go to pee, it's like pink/ light blood. I feel abit sore too but I'm to scared to look incase it looks like a casualty!

Is this something I should be worried about?
