Possible future relationship?

Sooo, I have been talking to this guy exclusively for about 4 months now. He texts me all day everyday lol and we hang out every weekend usually unless there's schedule conflicts and what not. He recently started saying to invite my friends and his friends to our weekend activities. Does this mean we are moving towards a relationship since he is wanting me to meet his friends and vice versa? He and I are both 26 and haven't been in relationships in a while so we both agreed to talk and see where things go. He's told me that he likes me and wants to see what happens. Haven't had sex yet, but we have fooled around a little. Just wanted to know if we are on the right track. I'm not one to rush things or make things awkward with "the talk" if not necessary yet. We enjoy each other's company so I don't see the point in forcing something. I'd rather something happen naturally. I'd love to hear anyone's input! Thanks :)
