Off the pill

I have endometriosis and i just got off the pill, i was on it for 6 months! The last month i was on it i started bleeding so i stopped taking the pill and to my surprise it stored as if it was my regular period. I had unprotected sex and now i am late 12 days, i took a test at 2 days late but showed negative. Ive had spotting and now white discharge, should i retest?
