breastfeeding struggles boyfriend doesnt understand

The other day my boyfriend starts giving out to me about how I don't do anything with the other kids (age 12, 8 and 5) like take them to the park, go on walks. I'm trying to ebf which is proving harder than I thought. Baby is a little over 5 weeks and wants to be fed every hour and a half and since I'm the only one waking up to feed, I'm constantly tired. Him and his mom think I should get out of the house more but I'm quite happy just laying in bed feeding the baby all day long. Am I being a hobbit or is this normal? And what should I tell him about giving me shit for not doing anything with the kids?
