What could this be?

So I'm having cramping on and off for the past couple of days the cramps feel like a keep pinch or pull crampy sometimes painful sometimes just uncomfortable , im 9dpo,lower back pain. Well urinating frequently & a pressure in my bladder like I have to use the restroom but I don't? If I slightly press down on my abdom I feel the pressure and it's a bit crampy.
