The Dreaded TWW

I am currently in the dreaded tww. I think I am about 6dpo and had what I suspect to be implantation bleeding late last night that lasted maybe 12 hours. I never have any spotting in the middle of my cycle except when I got pregnant with my son. It was light brown and only a little bit on my liner. My heartburn is also out of this world currently. Everything I eat makes me miserable. I am having such a hard time not testing just to see. Anyone else with me?
