Pregnancy symptoms

So I'm not sure if I'm pregnant with #2. Had 2 negatives but it was pretty early on. A week late and I'll test in a few days. Was just curious to hear what kind of symptoms everyone had before they actually knew they were pregnant. I've been extremely exhausted, had headaches, always seem hungry, sharp pains in my breasts, twinges in my lower abdomen, weird dreams, irritability hit the last two days, cramping...problem is a lot of those are period symptoms too.
