My periods late 2 days

It's late 2 days but I tested the Day and it negative but I am feeling sick bloated belly and can't sleep and even knw I feel sick I can still eat and my nipples r really sore too. I am so confused I have had an implant in for 5 years and got it removed a year and half ago and my periods r only starting to come bck regular now and I am said to have pcos to and I am on clomid plz help :(
